Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 17, 2025
Last Updated: October 17, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Partite.AI (“Partite.AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, products, and services (the “Services”). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.
1) Summary (TL;DR)
- You own your content. We only process it to provide the Services to you.
- No model training on your content. We do not use your prompts, files, datasets, or outputs to train or fine-tune foundation or generalized models.
- We use aggregate/de-identified usage data (e.g., feature usage counts, performance metrics) to improve the product—never your content itself.
- Data is hosted in the United States only. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
- Questions? Email support@partite.ai.
2) What We Collect
2.1 Account & Contact Data
- Name, email address, password (hashed), organization, role, billing contacts.
- Plan details, subscription status.
2.2 Service Usage & Telemetry (Aggregate/De-identified)
- Feature usage counts, page routes, performance metrics, error logs, device/browser info, approximate region, timestamps.
- Stored/analyzed in aggregate or de-identified form for reliability, performance, and product improvement.
2.3 Payment Information
- Processed by our payment processor (we don’t store full card numbers). We may keep limited billing metadata via the processor.
2.4 Support & Communications
- Messages you send us (e.g., email, in-product chat), attachments you choose to share, and related metadata.
2.5 User Content (You Own It)
- Prompts, inputs, files, datasets, and outputs you submit to or generate with the Services.
- Used only to provide the Services to you (e.g., run requests, return outputs, store project state, troubleshoot at your direction).
2.6 Cookies & Similar Technologies
- Essential cookies for authentication/session integrity.
- Optional analytics cookies (if used) for aggregate insights. See Cookies below.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
3) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate the Services (execute requests, generate outputs, maintain your workspace).
- Secure and maintain the Services (fraud prevention, abuse detection, debugging, incident response).
- Improve reliability and performance via aggregate/de-identified usage data (not User Content).
- Communicate with you (system notices, product updates, billing, support).
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
We do not use User Content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve foundation or generalized models.
4) Sharing & Disclosures
We share information only as needed to provide the Services or as required by law:
- Service Providers/Subprocessors. Cloud hosting, security monitoring, email, payments, and (when applicable) model/runtime providers to execute your requests. We require providers we contract with to provider service to use data only to provide services to us and to not train on User Content.
- Enterprise/Team Admins. If you use an organization account, certain profile, usage, billing, and workspace information may be visible to your organization’s administrators.
- Legal & Safety. To comply with applicable law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
- Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection of your data consistent with this Policy.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share User Content for third-party advertising.
5) Data Hosting, Transfers & Retention
5.1 Hosting Location (U.S. Only)
We store and process data in the United States only. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
5.2 Retention
- User Content is retained for as long as needed to provide the Services to you (e.g., to preserve your projects/history) or as required by law.
- Account, billing, and transactional records are retained as required by legal and tax obligations.
- Telemetry/analytics may be retained in aggregate/de-identified form to support product reliability and performance.
You can request deletion (see Your Rights & Choices).
6) Security
We employ reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data and User Content. No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and access controls.
7) Your Rights & Choices
If you not longer wish for us to store your data, you may delete your account by emailing support@partite.ai from the account email and specify your request. For organization accounts, we may redirect certain requests to your admin.
You may opt out of any marketing emails by following the opt out or unsubscribe instructions in the bottom of the email.
8) Cookies
- Essential cookies are required for login and session continuity.
- Analytics cookies (if used) help us understand aggregate usage; they do not include User Content.
- Manage cookie preferences via your browser.
9) Model & AI Transparency
- Execution only: When you submit prompts or data, we may route requests to infrastructure and model/runtime providers strictly to execute your request and return outputs.
- No training on User Content: We do not perform any model training on User Content.
- Aggregate usage only: We analyze aggregate or de-identified operational metrics (e.g., latency, error rates, endpoint frequency) to improve reliability and user experience—not the substance of your prompts/outputs.
10) Third-Parties
10.1 Third-Party AI/Model Providers (User-Configured)
Overview. Our Service allows you to connect your own accounts with third-party foundation model providers (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure, AWS Bedrock) by supplying your own credentials (e.g., API keys). When you enable such integrations, content and data you choose to process may be transmitted to those providers in order to perform the actions you configure.
What we send. Depending on your configuration, the data sent may include prompts, tool inputs/outputs, conversation context, and other content you direct the Service to process. We only transmit this data as necessary to provide the functionality you enabled.
Your responsibility for third-party services. These third-party services are not operated by Partite.AI. We do not control and are not responsible for their security, privacy, retention, or use practices. We make no privacy or security commitments on behalf of those providers. Your use of them is governed solely by their terms and privacy policies. Please review those documents carefully before enabling any integration.
10.2 Links
The Services may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
11) Organization & Admin Controls
If you use the Services under an organization account, your admin may control access, retention, and export settings within your workspace. Contact your admin for organization-specific policies.
12) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@partite.ai.
13) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. If updates are material, we will provide notice (e.g., in-product or by updating the “Last Updated” date). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
